Our Through-Life engineering provision has a high level of flexibility which allows us to tailor our services to any customer’s specific needs.
With a team of highly trained engineers whose decades of experience spans from the Defence sector, the Naval service, oil and gas industry, electronics, manufacturing and mechanical engineering to software and systems design, we provide a service which covers all aspects of the engineering life cycle.
Our engineers deliver a wide range of support solutions to our customers for products delivered in the UK, USA, Australia, India, Denmark, Norway, the Philippines and many other countries, providing remote technical support services as well as onsite field attendance and training.
Whether in the field or remotely at Factory, we conduct technical investigation, diagnostics, repair, tests and trials on live platforms as well as continuous obsolescence management, reliability and maintainability assessment and monitoring.
Our in-service support solutions therefore provide bespoke obsolescence management and equipment upgrade solutions that allow our customers to concentrate on the day-to-day running of their equipment and systems with a very high level of confidence of current and future equipment availability.
